A small "guesthouse room" with a private toilet and shower in a cozy "cabin in the woods" style. The room is small but comfortable, thoughtfully designed for a traveler's relaxation. There's even a chair by the entrance where you can spend an evening outdoors. The hosts are very friendly and eager to assist with any questions.

Excellent place and host!

Charming room in peacefull environment, I was solo with a motorcycle and this is exactly what I need. Bed, peace and a option to stay close to my bike coz I use soft laguage with no locks. Also I nice garden in front of my room.

We chose this apartment as a base for exploring nearby attractions like Tara Rafting and The Black Lake. The host was very welcoming and helpful, providing us with the keys and extra items like an iron. We only stayed a few days because we had explored all the local sights we planned to visit, so we left earlier than anticipated. The apartment is conveniently located near two supermarkets and is in a quiet area. It has a range of amenities including air conditioning, a TV, a small kitchen, a bathroom, a large bed, a small bed, and a sofa bed downstairs. It's a great spot for a short stay. There is a small outdoor area, though it can be affected by smoke and ash from other guests.

We found the apartment to be a bit on the dark side and feeling somewhat neglected. The cutlery was a bit mismatched—there was just one fork, two spoons, three plates, one cup, etc.—so if you're staying with a family or a group, you might need to bring extra. The cleanliness also left something to be desired. Additionally, the sofa was quite noisy and uncomfortable to sleep on, and the single bed upstairs was in need of repair. It might be nice to update the space with new, simple furniture and brighter colors to make it feel more inviting. We decided to leave earlier than planned as the apartment didn’t quite meet our comfort needs.

It was very cosy and had everything that we needed! The rooms were very clean and we felt right at home! Host was more than helpful with anything we asked.

Really nice rooms with kitchen and a beautiful garden, clean and close to the center of Niksic. The owner is always available for any guest request. Highly recommended

Friendly owner, reasonably comfortable room (if you do not search for multiple stars), family atmosphere, easy shopping outside (two hypermarkets within walking distance).
