Location, right next to the lake and easy accesses to all the tourist attractions nearby. There is also a cute and free Lido with a bar where you can eat and drink with great atmosphere. The apartment (along with the whole building) has a "secret" green parking area at the back of the courtyard which was a bonus. And the apartment also located on the Greenway, so perfect for walks with full of panoramic views. Bus stop is also right in front of the apartment.

The quality of the facilities and the simple layout of the apartment itself. This place might be only convinient for 2 people and it is ideal for a short visit, when your priority is not about staying in an expensive and luxuriorus hotel but you need something cheaper but value for money.

Very easy check-in and check-out process. The apartment was very clean and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay!

Although the location is super convenient, it can get quite noisy sometimes as it's on the main road. At night it was very calm though.

Smelled pretty stale when we checked in but otherwise clean. BEWARE WIFI DIDNT WORK ONCE AND NO CELL SERVICE. Made our trip very inconvenient not being able to access wifi or cell data from our room. Highly recommend getting this fixed as we had to leave the property to look up restaurants/ directions etc

Property is right next to the bus stop and somewhat close to Villa Balbianello.

Location isn't that great as it's far from many of the attractions. Bus service is infrequent - once an hour, so a lot of planning was necessary. AC made intermittent, annoying noise and woke me up several times at night. There was a welcome package for guests which had nothing but sponge and dish soap. It's downright rude.

The property was superb! It was the perfect size for a couple. Everything was really clean and tidy. The location was also perfect - Just a short drive away from Villa Balbianello and a short drive away from the ferries to Varenna and Bellagio. The staff were also very friendly!
