Хорошее местоположение, близко от центра - 10 минут пешком, дом стоит на тихой улице. Дом просторный, на три яруса.

Не хватило стиральной машины. Маловато посуды на семью из пяти человек. Только в одной комнате большая кровать, в остальных одинарные, не очень удобные матрасы.
