La Casita Blanca - Vistabella Golf

We had a couple of problems on arrival, but those looking after the apartment were on hand straight away. No mean feat on a Sunday afternoon.

Location and parking.Safe

Safe did not open. The owners sent the management round, but they had no joy. Needs a new one.

Was spacious and immaculate clean, absolutely perfect location great for families and loved the pool. We met a lovely lady called Jean who was so helpful on our stay, my daughter who is 11 left her new I pad outside whilst we got collected for airport, Jean took the I pad in for us and is going to post it. A lovely man called mick took us to the airport the stay was amazing will be back !!

The location we have been many times . The pool area is beautiful and well maintained . The urbanisation is perfect for visiting family and exploring the surrounding area.

The apartment needs a deep clean . We have addressed this directly with the owners who kindly responded. Some of the equipment needs replacing and updating too. The cleaning charge is included in the cost to a property management company ,so was unacceptable to have to buy cleaning products and clean ourselves ,before enjoying our holiday. Had potential to be lovely . We have stayed on the urbanisation many times on the same style of apartment with none of these issues.

Roof terrace. Quiet. Bars and entertainment were very good. The Indian restaurant ‘Dawat’ was amazing 🤩

The shower tray needs attention as the base is very flimsy with little support under the drain. If a weightier person was to use this it could easily crack. The washing machine hinges have dropped so you need to lift the door to make it close.

We really like the location of the property and it was really clean and comfortable. Definitely would like to stay again.

Air con in the lounge didn’t work very well.

Very clean and all facilities required were to hand .
