T11 Popula Condo by Prathomlerk

Clean cozy apartment quite small but for a night okay. AC cold, WiFi working..... what more.

Less parking possibilities. Walls very thin and you can hear your neighbour. Apartment is in a multi level housing area with a lot of people around.

It's very clean and tidy, have cool bluetooth light where u can connect to your spotify, near to 7e mart and Impact Arena where i watch the concert!

Everything is absolutely good except for the small coackroaches issue but i think it's common in apartment houses.

Very friendly and a warm welcoming from the owner and cleaners who went above and beyond to resolve any issues incurred. Everything about this condo was nice and modern. Bluetooth lights, modern TV that has Netflix Close to 7-eleven and reasonable close to airport which will cost around 200 baht using Bolt app.

A few roaches appeared from the drains of the sink, however this was managed when we sprayed bug spray down the drains. I guess this could not be helped as the condo itself is in a concrete jungle of condos. So anyone one of the others could be the reason for this. The location was a little sketchy. A lot of stray soi dogs in this area - but then again Bangkok has a population of over 300,000 soi dogs. And far too many bikes. Just a sea of bikes everywhere and makes breathing for breathing in polluted air.

TV did not work.

Like staying at home. There is 7/11 store nearby.

This building is old and its toilet is small. In the hot weather, it takes time to walk to Cosmo food court.

I like this room very clean and comfortable to stay and absolutely the owner very helpful

Its really perfect property. With all the facilities in place..like Microwave, Electric Kettle etc... Exactly same as show in photos. Owner is super cool and very helpful. Convenient stores like 7 Elevan is in the premises, lot of food options if you love Thai street food.
