Host was very nice. Walking distance to impact Arena.

The toilet should have been cleaner. And it's a bit small for a big-sized person like me.

It's very near to Impact Arena, about 10mins walk. Good for post-event/concert stay.

The property is quite old, and the aircon doesn't work in full condition. We woke up full of sweat because the ceiling fan's not working, too. 🫣

Near Impact Arena convenient for watching concerts.

Too far from BTS/MRT. It is very difficult to get a taxi because the driver cannot identify the pick-up gate.
