Location, nice view, clean, well equipped kitchen.

Sofa bed uncomfortable and very stained, no hairdryer, only 1 x toilet roll and 1 x bin liner, no duvet or blankets - just a single sheet to lie underneath, no information left re disposal of rubbish etc, WiFi poor and sometimes unusable. 2 X internal cameras a bit disconcerting (we covered them up). Tried to charge extra for bed linen and towels which you would expect to be included in price of apartment! Tried to charge extra for city tax when already paid. No one to meet us at apartment as confirmed although key left.
