Sehr saubere und gepflegte Wohnung, wie die gesamte Anlage.

Leider andere Stühle als abgebildet, somit hatte ich keine Möglichkeit am Tisch zu Essen. Sofa bereits sehr durchgesessen u das Bett ebenfalls durch (man rollt in die Mitte). Die Anlage an sich finde ich nett, aber für mich zu "touristisch"...sie besteht ausschließlich aus Appartements und Ferienhäusern und bietet für diese große Anzahl nur wenig an Restaurants u.ä..

No fan/ ventilator. Too warm at night. Could not open the windows because of the mosquitos outside We requested one from the owner but no luck Difficult to locate the building. No numbers were written. Spent around 20 mins just to find the right building Bedsheets , pillow covers and towels not included even with such hight price. Extra cost 20 per person. Very inconvenient to set up the bedsheet pillow covers towels upon arrival. you are supposed to throw the garbage in some common garbage place not just during the stay ( still acceptable) but also while checking out. Too much to ask considering the 79€ cleaning fees included You are also supposed to not only put the dishes in the dishwasher, but also to empty the dishwasher on the day of checkout. Since we were checking out early morning just after the breakfast, I requested the owner if it’s OK for us not to empty the dishwasher because we had to wait another hour and a half unnecessarily but surprisingly the owner refused the request. Regardless of the cleaning fees they’re already charging.  The lift was also not working when we arrived. another inconvenience with the kid . Also, during the check out after seven days, the lift was still not working.. I read the same issue in some of the last reviews here. 100 € deposit also makes bo sense with such high price already being charged.
