Poor management team; Lady Ivy was very rude and did not know how to talk to customers politely. She can take forever to reply to your messages and insult you to stop spamming her with my messages after they left me unattended for 24 hours. They will send you 2 numbers and tell you to contact either Ivy or Chris. Better contact Chris and do not try to message Ivy. Very rude

1. The dining chairs are mostly worn out and damaged. 2. The aircon was set to timer. It's goes off every 30mins. I called the staff and she said will arrange, that was around 4.30pm. Until 8pm there was no one and she didn't arrange and was negligence. Her name is Chris. When I called her 2 times, she can text me to warn me not to spam her by calling many times. After a few more calls, she eventually answered. That's was the worse when she can say that all the staffs have went home and told me bluntly to cancel the room. That was around close to 10pm. Very unprofessional services from her. I tried calling other number since the aircon was not working but no.help provided. I stayed at room 10.07 and the stay was a nightmare for us when for 1 night stay there. I will definitely not staying there no more. Totally absorb and no.custome service rendered.
