You can stay there and rent ski/board for reasonable price. Soundproofing is not that bad, if you lived in old soviet panel house, it’s almost the same. Spacious bedroom. We enjoyed to stay there.

Will be great to have small shelf in shower cabin. If you traveling with kids, be careful with tv, there is adult content included.
