"Very clean and tidy apartment in a great location, but no help given to clientele had to try and work everything out for"

location/ clean/ comfortable bed

not as described. no garden view. no patio. no sky channels Spanish to only. no instructions for anything. patio not accessible due to dust from upper floors. no air conditioning. hostess did not speak any English and explained nothing. best parking is outside city 4 euros per 24 hrs take coins. 8 min walk lift up to city. not sure if you could park outside the apartment to offload cases due to possible parking restrictions. But the landlady never explained the possibility of dropping off cases.
