The view from the property grounds is amazing. The cottage has everything needed to self cater and good location to venture out to the nearest attractions. Loved the welcome gifts with helpful hints and tips for pubs etc. A clean & tidy place to relax, the hosts Kath & Kev are friendly and helpful ! We had a stunning time 😎

Second stay here for us and once again we loved it. The bed is so comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and everything you'll need. The shower is hot and water pressure is fab. Such a cosy, well decorated, comfortable cottage. We just love it! The owners are great and very friendly but certainly not overbearing. The view is lovely and the stargazing is awesome because it's lovely and dark. TV, electric fire, central heating, double glazed windows. Parking immediately outside. 100% recommend. Paignton is 5 mins drive. Brixham is 5 mins drive also. Dartmoor is 20 odd miles Torquay is 6 miles. There is a convenience store and cafe just up the road. Perfect!

I take my own footstool because I like to put my feet up but this is personal choice, not a dislike atall.

Absolute gem of a cottage. It is fully equipped with everything you could want. The owner even left shampoo and shower gel for the less organised traveller. Towels and toiletries a plenty, kitchen equipped with pots, pans, dishes, oven trays, washing up things. Great oven and microwave, brilliant shower, high definition TV. The fire was a welcome glow after chilly evenings out. Central heating great and the view! Well .... Beautiful! 3.5 miles from Brixham and a brilliant base for all other surrounding towns and beaches. On arrival we found that the owner had left wine, peanuts, waffles and milk for us which is a very lovely touch. T bags, coffee, sugar and condiments were also in the cupboards! The sofa and the bed are sooooo comfortable. We will stay again for sure, we love it here.
