The location. The bed and bedding.

The shower and basin in bathroom were blocked. The tap on the basin in bathroom was loose. The cold and hot water in shower did not mix well. We contacted the agent regarding the problems, she was slightly rude to us.

We love the peace & quiet, we enjoyed the room very much, we did not have to leave the room for anything as it had a kitchenette with appliances available. Everything was clean & the small details were appreciated.

Neat and quite.

We paid extra for a towel and there was no towel. It was too late in the evening to make anyone attend on the problem.

Please remove the carpet from the room it is not clean and it looks very old and has stains should be removed , the old tv and the old fridge the fridge is very noisy I could hear my Neighbours so the doors does not have privacy which is a bid disruptive .there needs to be a long mirror in the unit for a person to get dressed the bath is also outdated , the noises in the morning of other getting ready for work was not ok you could hear the footsteps cracking on the floors upstairs and its just not ok so early . A build in gas stove would be ideal for load shedding and a better microwave tray the tray is not the tray for the microwave it is too big. extend the kitchen combine it with the closet space there is unnecessary closed space which can be moved in the bedroom convert the bookshelf into a closet. Please invest in rechargeable light for the unit , candles is very risky. The host Ruth was amazing she is very friendly I loved her a lot she helps with a lot and are always eager and very hardworking. The old Tv must go , carpets and fridge the bath is also very small . Long mirror need a must .

The location was great and perfectly safe.

Well the dstv package did not allow for us to watch matches that were aired on the day. Our humble request would be for the property to upgrade the dstv package.
