HE Villamartin Gardens

Large spacious modern apartment. Very large terrace. Modern kitchen with all the appliances you would need. Two good swimming pools, one heated. Grounds could do with a few more plants/shrubs but kept well.

The host. We were met by a lady who let us in and handed us the keys. She couldn’t wait to get back out of there. Gave us no info whatsoever. First two nights no hot water. Messaged host but no reply. Eventually located the boiler which was switched off. This is surely something she should have checked before she left? Also had a plague of ants into one of the bedrooms and loads of very tiny ants all over the kitchen worktop. Again messaged host and no reply. Had to go out to get ant powder. Messaged host again to find out what to do with keys when we returned home. Eventually got a reply when we were already home. The whole area is without a bus service and had to wait ages for a taxi in the evenings. We had a car for the week but god knows how anyone without their own transport would get about. The apartment is a mile walk up hill to the main square in VillaMartin so may be an issue for some people. There are some bars and a couple of restaurants nearer at Los Dolses, ok for a quick drink but wouldn’t want to spend any time there. Won’t be returning here and will think twice about using Booking.com again as several messages to them regarding host returned a standard message to contact host ….???

Muy cómodo y acogedor. Todo muy bien cuidado y el trato con la chica fenomenal.

The location and the Community is great. The apartment is next to the swimming pool that is heated during the winter time so that is really nice.

This Apartment really needs some tender, love and care. One of the chairs outside is broken, some doorframes are black, probably after water damage, there are 6 wineglasses (one for each person if you are using all the beds) but they are not the same sort or size. The doorknob of the front door is broken so it is tricky to be able to open the door to enter the apartment. Shame that this apartment hasn’t been better looked after since it has so much potential and the location is great.
