The space and the accessibility to Legoland.

The mattresses and pillows need to be changed.Pretty itchy.

Location is wine at to Legoland where we go for our visit and cleanliness of apartment are good.

Aircon seams line very old it doesn’t mater if old and working fine especially master bedroom aircon taking some time to be cool. Wash room water heater water didn’t get hot so fast it’s take some time as well. It will be better if provided more pillows. At least 4pillows for each bed. As some people needed higher pillow for sleeping. Car park P2 very bad smell. Seams like very poor maintenance or not clean for years.

Superb location next to Legoland and Mall of the Medini, smooth check in and check out process, rooms were comfortable for a group of 7 with 4 kids. especially the bunk beds and racing car bed which was a hit.

Floor was a bit sticky when we arrived and would have liked some basic toiletries in the bathrooms.

Location is ok

The host is very unfriendly. Signs in the apartment threatening additional charge if we left the plates on the drying rack. Abit of mold in bathroom and on carpets. We accidentally left something in the place and was not allowed to retrieve it. The excuse given was that there are other guests inside. In the first place, shouldn’t our item be kept by the host when the host cleans up the apartment? Why would the host continue to rent out the apartment which includes our item left behind? Any normal host would notice a left behind item and remove it from the property for collection. The worst thing is that the host kept insisting that they will keep it for us- what does that mean, do they mean we have to return to their property in order to retrieve our item? We don’t even live in the same country.

Clean, spacious, nice view, close proximity to Legoland and Medini mall.
