The app necessary to get into the property was problematic. However the host responded promptly to assist.

The host answered my text right away and fixed the problem when I had an issue using the door code

We couldn't get the fan to work, but that seemed to be sorted. When we pulled out the couch, the sheet was very stained

I had 2 glorious. Nights here after walking from Lintzoain to Pamplona it had been a very hard day your right centre is Pamplona. Washing machine I could get in. Two lovely ladies came to open the door. Close to the camino Frances

it was advertised with parking and only when we asked details before arrival we were told that we can’t even get in there short time to unload, carried our luggage from a public UG carpark 10 min walk away oven is broken we had to throw our dinner away check in over their app didn’t work

The location was superb, right off Main Street. The lift was a godsend with our luggage. Lovely bed linen and towels. Spacious.

Getting into the place was a nightmare, as it had been unclear that I needed to register each guest before being given the codes, which took over an hour to do, luckily there was a lovely bar opposite with WiFi and the waiter Janette was lovely. We also had to pay the balance again even though I had paid and had confirmation of payment from Booking.com

The apartment itself was generally comfortable and had the amenities one would expect. The kitchen seemed well equipped for in-house food preparation and eating, although we did not make use of it.

The overall experience of our stay left much to be desired, thanks to unanticipated challenges caused by administrative decisions of the remote rental managers. Opening the exterior door into the multi-story apartment complex necessitated use of an obscure electronic entry system that required digital pre-registration and a working cellphone, which thankfully one of us had; this might not be true for all guests. Once inside the apartment, we realized that the rental managers retained control of the thermostat, which they'd set to 18C (64F) and had to be contacted multiple times to ask them to remotely raise the temperature to a more reasonable level. Doing this was apparently complicated by what seems to have been a broken(?) boiler that they wanted us to troubleshoot on their behalf. Then they double charged us for our stay (we had already paid through booking.com) and had to be contacted again to arrange a refund. And, finally, a non-working elevator on the morning of our departure required us to carry our luggage down six flights of poorly lit stairs. There is a lot of up-potential for this rental property but, at least as it is currently managed, we would not choose to stay here again.

Be aware that the accommodation is on the 6th floor and the lift broke down twice: on the day we arrived, and the day we left! Also we were unable to obtain a permit to drive to the accommodation to drop off luggage as the system requires a Spanish phone number.
