Ubicación y parking al lado; zona tranquila y muy buen aislamiento acústico. Distribución, comodidad y equipamiento de calidad.

"Apartamento excelente ubicación, impecable."

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, céntrico pero en una calle tranquila. Tiene doble ventana con insonorización del exterior. Estaba todo impecable y la propietaria, Isabel, fue súper amable con nosotros.

El comedor y cocina tienen una distribución rara, supongo que tras adaptar un piso antiguo, y el sofá era pequeño, pero no fue inconveniente porque estuvimos muy a gusto. Se oye un poco las tuberías cuando se duchan los vecinos de arriba. No obstante a nosotros no nos importó.

Uitstekende ligging, aan de oude stad, in een rustige straat. Zeer gerieflijk appartement met twee aparte kamers, kleine badkamer en goed uitgeruste kitchenette. Goede bedden. Alles op wandelafstand. Ideaal om de stad te bezoeken. Zeer goede communicatie met de eigenares, Isabel, via Whatsapp.

Wonderful apartment in the center of town. Great location! Because the apartment is on a busy street, it could get very loud at night from all the noise on the street below.

No A/C, but with the wondows open there was breeze allowing for a.comfortable sleep.

La posizione è fantastica. Parcheggio sotto casa. Casa pulita

Cucina poco attrezzata con pentole ma per un italiano. Ma comunque c’era anche forno a microonde.
