The location was excellent. The apartment was nice - clean and spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped and the washing machine was appreciated.

The initial door entry was difficult as it required an internet connection and the instructions were not as clear as they might have been. There were problems communicating with the property managers and it took 6 weeks to get a refund.

Lovely spacious apartment in an excellent location in the Old Town. The washing machine was much appreciated. We did not use the kitchen but it appeared to have all you would need. The fridge interior needed a better clean. Coffee machine, but no capsules supplied. Bathroom was small, shower was tiny but worked well. The drain had a smell coming from it. The bathroom could do with an update. The bed was very comfortable with good linen. The lounge was looking a little old. The entry into the apartment relied on you having internet connection and was a bit complicated. 4pm check in was a bit late and wasn't negotiable. Just be aware that the apartment is on the fourth floor with no lift. Very close to the Camino route. The contact person was helpful even giving us some dinner recommendations.

Faint mouldy smell in the bathroom. No clothes washing liquid/capsules. No dishcloths in the kitchen.

4pm check in is too late for the price of a night. The stairs Not even a teabag in the kitchen

They provided assistance to carry bags upstairs.

No elevator

Superb property. Best location in town. Spotless. Very friendly staff, stunning quality, comfortable and the best equipped kitchen ever..
