Stayed in another Sunny Beach apartment a few months ago. I booked this one very last minute and it felt like returning home. I would stay here multiple times when coming to Paignton for short breaks.

Location to beach, town , harbour is excellent everything so near , very peaceful apartments no road noise ( we had an apartment at the back of the building) no views obviously but pleasant all the same and own front door which is a bonus . Cleanliness is exceptionally high , well stocked kitchen , everything you would need to prepare a meal , be aware oven is slower than normal, so put food in way ahead of when you actually want it ! Beds are very comfortable, exceptional standards of bedding , pillows, and towels . Communication is excellent between all parties, from booking to leaving the property, can't fault it . The tablet in the kitchen for guest information was brilliant, informative, easy to use , an excellent way of communication, fast ,efficient.

As we had a ground floor flat ( at the back of the premises), which was perfect , I felt the need for nets at the two windows. The apartment is facing a huge hotel, and every room looks directly into the apartment . My granddaughters at thirteen and nearly sixteen kept their curtains shut the whole week , as did I in the lounge , absolutely no privacy from the hotel . And believe me, plenty of guests were looking out the windows ( just looking at the surroundings, nothing sinister) directly into our apartment , I understand nets are not always the most attractive addition to a room but strongly feel their needed here .
