Flat by the sea

Outside sitting area ,so near absolutely everything, Host was always on call if needed but if you didnt need anything ,she left you alone to enjoy your holiday.

The location was fantastic, and the place was clean.

The sofa bed was really painful to sleep on. That's really the only downside to the whole experience.

Property would benefit from some TLC & refreshed decoration Beds uncomfortable - mattress topper would be beneficial for anyone staying on the sofa bed Bed linen needs updating, bleach stains on pillow cases Bathroom light and extractor fan not working Noise from upstairs unexpected No welcoming touches which would really make a difference

Great location and size. Had already read the reviews about the sofa bed so took a blow up air bed as you can’t fit two in the sofa bed. Host was great with communication and got the flat ready early for us too.

No bulb in the bathroom. No hot water. Remotes missing batteries. No scissors or tongs in the kitchen. Made cooking breakfast difficult. Sofa bed not comfy. With tiny improvement would be an amazing place.

The flat was very clean and plenty of space for the two of us. Loved the homely touches. Close to the town and beach . It was nice having a small outdoor space to use. Communication with the owner excellent

Perfect location and well equipped

Beds and sofa bed very uncomfortable, could do with a lick of paint made the place feel dirty

We've found a little gem with Flat by the Sea. It is spotlessly clean and spacious with everything we need for our little break. So central with shops, pubs, restaurants and the beach in close proximity. The host is very friendly too.
