ATSehr schöne Wohnung, sehr gut gelegen mit direkten Garagen Zugang, optimal für Ferien auf Teneriffa. Palm Mar ist zwar nicht der Highlight sondern eher ruhig mit sehr vielen holländischen Gästen und der Strand ist eher beschaulich. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Da sie im Norden der Anlage liegt, ist die Terrasse leider meist im Schatten - im Sommer sicher sehr angenehm. Vorsicht vor dem Dunstabzug: große Menschen können sich leicht den Kopf stoßen! Kleiner Supermarkt, der Mo - So bis in den Abend geöffnet hat, ist direkt ums Eck. Lokale sind ok und gut erreichbar.

ESApartamento de 10. Cocina equipada con todo lo necesario y muy limpia. Salón grande y comodísimo. Dormitorio amplio con gran armario, TV, cama super cómoda, almohadas muy cómodas. Terraza con sofá, sillón y mesa. Para desayunar y tomar una copa es ideal. Cuarto de baño muy amplio con todo lo necesario. Víctor super atento y siempre dando todas las facilidades para que nuestra estancia fuera inmejorable. A tan solo 10 min de los cristianos y playa de las Américas. Repetiremos sin duda.

GBLovely and spacious apartment. Very clean, with all the necessary facilities to enjoy your stay. Lots of spare bedding and towels. Large fridge, lots of crockery, etc. Dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, big screen TV and massive sofa. Nice, quiet terrace (always in the shade), accessible via the living room and the big bedroom, with comfy double bed and lots of wardrobe space. Nice, large and clean bathroom. All rooms feature nice, modern decor. All windows and doors have security shutters, and the apartment includes a private parking space in a secure underground garage. Great pool area and padel board courts. Two fabulous restaurants are also based at the front of the apartment complex, along with a very handy mini market shop. Very friendly and helpful apartment owners, always quick to respond to any questions via Whatsapp 👍
The resort itself is very quiet, with not much to see or do.. ideal for sun worshippers, but you need some transport to explore the busier towns and resorts. There are not many nice options for eating out, but it's only a 10 minute drive into Los Cristianos and Las Americas. As a wheelchair user, the kitchen and terrace area weren't easily accessible, but the owners were happy for furniture to be moved around to increase access to all parts of the apartment.

GBOur stay was fabulous. Cat was a welcoming and an accommodating host as nothing was to much trouble. The flat is beautiful with everything that you could possibly need.We will definitely stay here again.
You need a car to get around but we were happy to get taxis
