Estúdio Laura

Tout Laura nous a très bien accueilli elle est adorable. Nous avons eu le droit à des bananes durant notre séjour. L’appartement est très propre rien à dire, je travail dans un hôtel donc j’ai l’œil et la il y avait rien à dire le ménage était parfait. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans l’appartement. La terrasse est grande et la vue est sublime. Un grand merci à Laura et sa maman qui ont été vraiment accueillant et chaleureuse, et bien sûr le petit chaton Baco qui est à croquer. Je reviendrais sûrement à Madère et j’espère pouvoir louer avec vous à nouveau. Merci encore

This apartment is very well located in a quite neighbourhood close to the centre of Camara de Lobos, with a nice harbour and some nice restaurants. The view is very good and the host is very nice and very responsive to all the requests, and even present us with some delicious bananas from Madeira. Really recommended this place very comfy and cozy.

Apartment is really is good location and better than in photos

The place is clean and the balcony has a nice view. Otilia, the host, was very kind and helpful, she offered cakes, wine, bananas and a lot of stuff repeatedly. She also offered to clean the room and wash our clothes (which we did not accept). The marina is ca. 10 minutes walk and it has several restaurants. Two bakeries just in front of the house are perfect for breakfasts, and morning coffees.

Unfortunately, the bed was rather hard and uncomfortable. Parking is not easy around, and we even got fined for parking in front of the little alley that goes to the house. Fair enough, I parked on the walkway, but this was at night, only 2 hours after the owner warned us and none of the local cars were fined for parking in bust stops, at no parking signs, or on walkways in front of the police station. This is obviously not the fault of the hosts, just a piece of information to bear in mind - local police will close their eyes to locals but not to tourists.
