Modern 2 Bedroom Apartment with Balcony & Secure Underground Parking, Plymouth

We had a very pleasant days here. The staff were very friendly and showed us around the apartment when we got there. Free milk, bread, cookies, and a bottle of wine were provided which were much more than we expected. The apartment got all facilities，toiletries, and kitchenware that we needed. The whole apartment is spacious, so I had enough space to do my daily work-outs in the living room. The two bedrooms face the inside yard which gave you a very quiet sleeping environment. The location is good, around 7-min walking to the William Yard Port where you can take a boat to Mount Edgcumbe.

If I have to say one thing, I would say that It is 25-min walking to the city center and Mayflower steps, which is a slightly far if you need to go to there every day in a bad weather. But it is absolutely not a problem at all. When the weather is good, the walking will be every enjoyable. We look forward to staying here again.

Very spacious, comfortable bed, very clean, good facilities for cooking, home from home / easy access to city centre in walking distance close to King Williams Yard and Devils point views are stunning over the sound and Tamar easy to get to Cremyll ferry for Mount Edgecombe

Bit of a hike up from the basement car park but keeps you fit .... even when classed as elderly we managed ...no lift which is a shame

noisy child next door sounded like it was running up the walls!! But it’s an apartment with neighbours all around so noise was to be expected
