Schöne große Zimmer. Fürs Parken mussten wir nicht extra bezahlen. Das Meer war sehr schön.

Der Kellner im Steak Restaurant war sehr unfreundlich und hat uns keinen Tisch geben wollen obwohl wir eine Stunde vorher beim Vorbeispazieren gefragt haben, ob es möglich ist, wenn wir ohne Reservierung einen Tisch bekommen würden und er das als kein Problem bezeichnet hat.

Tolle Lage, außer Familienstrand - wo natürlich mehr los war - Strände nicht überfüllt, nettes Personal in den Bars & Restaurants. Tolle Sport- & Freizeitangebote auf der Hotelanlage - besonders auf die Pferderanch lohnt es sich vorbeizuschauen und die Angebote, wie zB Reiten entlang am Strand, Schwimmen mit Pferd, Fotoshooting, Reitunterricht, Ausritte etc. auszuprobieren. Großes, sauberes Apartment, mit guter Ausstattung und großem Balkon.

In die Rechnung wurden, nicht von uns in Anspruch genommene, Leistungen gestellt (zB diverse Behandlungen im Spa Bereich). Sie wurden zwar nach längerer Diskussion mit der Rezeption wieder zurückgezahlt, allerdings sollte so etwas bei einem exklusiven 4 Sterne Hotel nicht vorkommen. Außerdem wurden automatisch 10€ Trinkgeld pro Tag berechnet, welche zwar "freiwillig" sind, aber wenn man die Rechnung nicht vor Abreise kontrolliert hätte, wäre der Urlaub so um einiges teurer geworden. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir allerdings zufrieden und würden das Hotel - mit der Empfehlung die Rechnung am Ende des Urlaubs zu kontrollieren 😉 - auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Zariadenie bolo strašné.., žiadna konvica na kávu, spinavý riad, celkovo sme si pripadali ako v 3 hviezdičkovej ubytovni.

The layout of the coastline is ideal, with plenty of room spacing seating areas; different types of access to the waters. The quality of seawater was for us the best feature: crystal clear, clean, no pollution. This is great spot for good swimmers looking for a sport-active holiday. Apartment was perfect in size, comfort and location. Swimming pools really beautiful. the fish restaurant is the most romantic location possible, amazing sunset. Staff very professional. We would be back.

Lack of internal supermarket (very surprising considering the size of the development) means that you have to take the car and drive a good 15 minutes to get to the first well stocked shopping center. A huge building site stretches across the coast line and is not visually sheltered (fenced off) hence offering a very disorderly sight at every stroll to reach the beach. Jet skis dashing back and forth very noisy. God knows why these extremely impactful items have not been banned altogether: noise pollution, water pollution, marine life disturbance. The lawn was constantly scattered with lots of birds feathers. not like randomly fallen off, but as remains of cats predation. That was a bit of a disquieting sight. Being asked to pay for the parking was an unwelcome surprise, considering the level of pricing of the structure, one would not expect it... (the staff lifted the charge subsequently). Fish restaurant we found excessively pricey: 180 euro for a fish for two.

The whole facility is cleaner than in years before. I am referring to the beach and outdoor facilities with a well trained staff that kept the place in tip top shape. In years before it was sometimes a bit chaotic.

We have been guests since over 10 years. This year we stayed in Senia and first time with our baby. We know the apartments and they are clean however they could profit from some remodeling as the floors are stained and one can see traces of use.
