"Exceptional"

The flat in Ossuccio Island View was spacious and clean. We loved the terrace where we could enjoyed the great view overlooking the Isola Comacina. The location was good. It was near to the Villa Balbiano where we attended a wedding party. The staff were all very helpful. We could communicate via WhatsApp. We got response from them instantly. The checkin and checkout procedures were very easy. We loved this place.

The traffic in this area is very busy and the roads are narrow. Not suitable for tourists to walk around.

"Excellent location but amenities were a let down."

Air conditioning was broken, cooking a meal caused the mains power to trip off. No bedding for sofa bed in living area.

Big bedroom with excellent size and comfortable bed. Great balcony overlooking the lake, but it is on a busy road so it can get noisy. Sofa in lounge is not particularly comfortable for relaxing in the evening. General location is good for Lenno via the Greenway. The apartment did have a slight smell of smoke upon arrival.

Nice View and Terrace Friendly Staff and Owner

- Apartment not cleaned when we arrived - AC was broken, the promised technician arrived over 5 hours late and could not fix it. They promised someone would be back the next day, but nobody came the whole stay. Very disappointing. - Price-service does not match - Equipment is very basic. Pack everything including salt and pepper. Expect only plates, pans and cutlery.
