miscommunication about arrival time. Tried to call informing owner we had arrived. He was unavailable until the exact time I communicated with him. Me and my companion ended up going elsewhere and stayed there for the day we remained in Pamplona. I think if the client is a peregrino there should be a way to communicate earlier than the exact time. one doesn’t know exactly when they will arrive. That said, I agreed to pay the full price of the stay. It wasn’t totally the owners fault. Miscommunication…

Amazing location, friendly host

There was no toilet paper, there were hairs in the bathroom, a half used colacoa packet on the shelves, the WiFi didn't work (we restarted but it was too weak to connect to), the flat hadn't been cleaned when we arrived even though we gave notice of arrival in the morning and confirmation an hour before arrival. The cleaner did change the sheets and tidy when we got there though and the host was lovely on the phone.
