Very spacious , clean and good views , right in the middle of the mountains. 10 min bus ride to maurrach, and the house is right in front of the bus stop.

Everything was great To go to a few restaurants , just walk to the Achensee. 15 min walk

Die Ferienwohnung war schön eingerichtet und man hatte alles nötige da. Das Bett war sehr bequem und für zwei Personen war die Wohnung mehr als ausreichend.

Leider war bei der Ankunft niemand vor Ort. Auch nach dem Klingen an der Haustüre wurde und nicht geöffnet. Wir mussten dann anrufen, damit uns jemand die Türe öffnet. Auch finde ich es schade, dass man nur Barzahlung machen kann. Ist in der heutigen Zeit nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Im Bad hat der Abfluss leider immer wieder gestunken.

Super solid holiday apartment home in the picturesque village of Pertisau. Spotless rooms that come with lovely balcony views. Kitchen properly equipped and good beds. Located near the toll road that takes you into the heart of the Karwendel mountain range. We would love to return.

There are only 2 issues to flag and neither have anything whatsoever to do with the owners or the holiday home itself. First, we were unlucky to have a noisy family above us so we couldn't really enjoy the peace and tranquility of our surroundings late in the evening. To the manager's credit, she did talk to our neighbors after which the situation improved. Secondly, for anyone reading this: do go and book this property directly via the owner as Booking.com charges 15% per night extra. You'll save yourself a nice bit of money.

The location is great, with view to the mountains, close to the ski lift and ski slopes. The apartment was spacious, with two large balconies, and a very well equiped kitchen. Everything was very clean and well organized. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Really nice apartment with 2 comfortable rooms, a very functional kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It was perfect for us as a family with small children.
