It was self catering. The owners supplied tea, coffee, bread, butter, wine, and a variety of sauces.

It is a basement flat with small outside areas front and back. The rear area had 2 chairs and a small table, so quite a pleasant spot for breakfast, or a cigarette if you're a smoker. One potential problem was the steep outside stairs at the front. Not a problem for most, but could be if you have mobility issues.
