Lokacija smještaja i vanjski sadržaj objekta.

Kao najveći nedostatak istaknula bih to što vlasnik objekta ne vodi računa o držanju kućnog reda. U kućnom redu (nalazi se na stolu u boravku) navedeno je da od 23 do 7 h treba biti "mir", no voditelj objekta nije ni na koji način regairao na nepoštivanje istog od strane drugih gosti. Kuhinjski pribor je siromašan (tupi noževi za rezanje, nema otvarača za vino ili pivo). Na prvi pogled smještaj se čini čist, no kasnije smo uočili da je samo površno očišćen (prašina ispod kreveta, prašina i dlake po stepenicama, mrtve bube po podu, neugodan miris u kupaonici).
