Excellent location and host was amazing when we unexpectedly turned up early for parking as there was The Pirate weekend going on.

Slightly peeling mural in bathroom but otherwise lovely.

floor to ceiling open-able window powerful shower fully equipped for whatever level of self-catering you wanted to do. surprisingly quiet fantastic location with great restaurants, wine tasting, craft beers, museums and cinema virtually next door

a bit cluttered with too many chairs. designed for tall people all cupboards with very high shelves front door lock did not inspire security.

Excellent communication from the host, Kevin. Great directions to the apartment. Super location. Very comfortable studio apartment and well equipped.

The only thing we didn't like was the front door which we found difficult to lock from the inside and the outside. The door handle seemed loose. Had we been staying for more than one night we would have contacted the host.

I’ve stayed in Royal William yard often. It’s a fabulous location.

Apartment needs a proper deep clean, a couple of coats of emulsion, fixing and tidying up and, a bit of love. Ps. Too much furniture

It’s was a bit tired and could do with a refresh, deep clean and a new mattress. Directions to get to the apartment could be better, maybe a map?
