The apartment was well appointed. The rooms were clean and welcoming.

The owner had not informed us of how to get in the property, the outside photos were not very accurate and we wandered around for 30 mins trying to locate the property. It was actually above some very run down business' and not welcoming at all. Previous guest also wrote that entry was problematic. Eventually we spoke to the owner who helped but by then we were unhappy and ready to leave. My husband walked onto the balcony with bare feet and got 2 pieces of glass in his foot, we understand that this is not directly the host's fault but it did spoil our night. The front outlook was not good and if I had seen this prior I would not have booked.

The apartment was very well equipped including coffee, milk, juice, water.

The room was comfortable and very well equipped with amenities, including washer and dryer, fridge, and coffee pot. Apt was spacious, clean and the hosts kindly provided water and breakfast snacks.

Property is very difficult to find. No sign to identify NOTRENID and building number cannot be seen from the street. When we called for help, we were sent blurry outdated pictures that were not helpful. We only found you by asking a nearby hotel where you are. Also, your entry process is not that complicated, but the your instructions were hard to follow. If you would send those instructions to guests in advance of their arrival, would be helpful. We have been in Portugal and Spain for 2 weeks, and never before had a problem with finding our accommodations, obtaining entry, or having luggage delivered. Your accommodations are very good . improvement to your "check in " process is recommended. More info upfront would probably have made our stay much more enjoyable.

Nice balcony, comfy bed, walking distance to grocery store (we made a frozen pizza!).

Well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, living room with sofa, balcony. Would have loved to use the kitchen to cook dinner but the stores were closed for a holiday and we could not buy food.

It was humid during the night and we were unable to locate the air conditioner. No screen for bedroom door to open and let cool breeze in through the night.
