Royale Court Apartments Portrush

The property location was near to where we had dinner walking distance there was parking close by so we did not have to worry about our cars and we were offered a late check out all good until we got there

The apartment was extremely rundown. It was unclean it smelled lots of random stuff under the mattress and a can of paint holding the bed up the doors looked like they had never been washed down. The windows were absolutely disgusting. The fridge had loads of residue on it. The shower was extremely filthy with mould. and felt like it was not settling to stay in did not inform host until after stay and when I reached out before putting in my review she was extremely rude.

Don’t know. Never got the chance to experience. Cause host didn’t send information on how to get in.

Well I’ll never book with them again. Absolutely fuming with them. Travelled with my partner and wee 5 year old son. Whole way down from Belfast. To have to return back. Cuz host didn’t send me details of how to get in. Apparently her phone died 🤣. And it’s booking.coms fault 🤔🤥. Very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Couldn’t get me of the phone quick enough when I finally got a hold of her the next day. Trudy. No harm wee love but this just really ain’t the job for you. Oh here’s a wee reminder for ya case this happens again to someone. CHARGER 🔌!!!!!!!! it ain’t rocket science.

The area is a good place

It need a good clean and updated quite shabby and the heaters kept making a banging noise when they were on
