The location was super.

The apartment wasn’t particularly clean. The balcony rails were green / brown with algae. The kitchen extractor tube above the wall units was thick with dust. The bathroom shower tiles were dirty and the bathroom extractor vent was clogged with dust. There is a large hole in the wall behind the living room door as no doorstop fitted. The bathroom door lock was faulty resulting in my daughter getting locked inside the bathroom. There was a constant damp dusty odour in the bathroom. The kitchen window lever was broken. The fridge freezer compartment door was broken resulting in ice melting and leaking over all of our food items in the fridge. The pedal bin in the kitchen is broken. The TV reception was unwatchable.

Absolutely love this apartment its so central. Just round the corner from Ramore, harbour bar etc. The balcony with sea views is gorgeous, Karen is amazing 👏 👌

Lovely apartment in a great location. Very clean and nicely decorated, beds comfortable. Didn't use kitchen but was well stocked.

Didn't provide towels, when I contacted was told no towels as only 1 night stay.
