Ahinos

We couldn't have chosen a more perfect property for our stay in lovely Pollonia. Private, clean, and simply but beautifully appointed with gorgeous views of the bay and downtown. And, the comfiest beds! But what made our stay so exceptional is the friendly and super responsive host, Marianna, who treated us like family, delivering scrumptious daily treats and a friendly hello. Ahinos feels like home, a truly special place.

Marianna was an exceptional host! We had the most amazing time on our trip. The view from the accommodation is phenomenal and the location is perfect for exploring the island but having local pleasures as well.

Marianna was a great host. She was very responsive, brought us Greek pastries daily, and was easy to communicate with. The location is superb— private, steps from the sea, and a few minutes walk to downtown Pollonia. We loved hanging out in the back patio area watching the sea! The sunset is also easy to see from the beach a few minutes walk down the road. We had a blast and we definitely recommend staying here!

We loved our stay here - great location as within walking distance to everything, sea views, very clean, modern decor, comfortable bed, cafe/ wine bar next door which was handy but heard no noise from them. Charming host. Definitely recommend staying here. We enjoyed it just as much as the 5 star hotels we stayed at on other islands.

Hot!!!! Lack of parking, lack of housekeeping

It is exactly like the photos. Functional clean close to the water and restaurants in town. Marianna is a caring and efficient host. I was apprehensive upon booking & concerned that there were so few reviews, but apparently it was booked for 2 months for 2 years by the same person, hence low number of reviews. It has space and scenic sitting areas outside. Perfect and we hope we can return one day.

Nothing to be honest.

We stayed at this charming beach house in Pollonia for three days. The location couldn't be more perfect—right by the serene beach, offering both privacy and convenience. Our host Marianna was nothing short of wonderful, providing us with invaluable guidance and displaying genuine friendliness that made our stay truly memorable. The house itself was well-maintained and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this delightful getaway to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat by the sea. We treasured our time at Ahinos. The home is in a wonderful location just past Pollonia beach, directly on the harbor with a covered back veranda for relaxing and meals, and with a private gate to the sea. The home itself is recently renovated and both beautiful and highly functional with lots of doors and windows with screens to allow a lovely breeze. Easy car parking down the street across from the beach. It is a short walk to village restaurants and a grocery store. All of Milos can be explored easily by car from Pollonia. Our host Marianna and her awesome dog made the experience even more special. She was generous, always available, incredibly thoughtful and kind, and simply a joy to talk with. We stayed in many places on four different islands, and Ahinos is the one we most look forward to returning to!

This was easily one of the best holiday rentals we have stayed in anywhere in the world. It was spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping and great quality towels and linen. It was also much more spacious than I expected from the photos - with a generous lounge room and lots of space to relax outdoors. It is also in a perfect location - an easy walk to local restaurants and shops but peaceful, and with the ability to walk out the door and step straight into the ocean. Marianna was an excellent host and we particularly enjoyed the breakfasts she provided, which were different every day. I highly recommend Ahinos if you are visiting Milos!

We cries when we arrived and when we left. Such a beautiful property and what an amazing host Marianna. She was an angel. Shops were closed last Sunday and we didn’t have any more diapers… She called at least 10 people/ shops to find a solution. Will never forget! And the apartment is so beautiful.
