Lovely apartment well located and good communication

Felt like we were at home immediately, location is just terrific. It's quiet and private and very relaxing. The decor was fresh and spirit lifting, the kitchen was well laid out with everything we needed. The bathroom was roomy. The whole flat was warm during our stay whilst it was cold outside.

I found the tv system to be confusing, never seen this sort of setup before. I think there is no live tv but just streaming. It didn't matter really because we were too busy. I'm uncertain if the televisions in the bedrooms worked but again it wasn't important. It took us a while to work out how to use the induction hob. I'm really straining now to criticise. The coffee table is too big and I don't like glass tables.

Spotlessly clean, great additional touches with complimentary milk, orange juice, Prosecco which was very welcoming after a long journey. Added bonus of parking space.

WE we liked everything but perhaps as an additional extra perhaps put in oven gloves and baking trays for use in the oven.

Gorgeous apartment, good sized rooms, spotless, tasteful decoration throughout. Communication was easy, location is great & there’s parking, this is basically an Airbnb set up but on booking com.

These certainly aren’t deal breakers & during don’t hamper our enjoyment but as someone else has mentioned, there needs to be an information sheet, with WiFi details, explained the shower power is in the hall behind the door etc. (would be nice for some tourist details, restaurants etc) Photos of the parking spot would be handy when arriving in dark, stating it’s next to the railing when there’s railings all around was a bit confusing & the sign for the parking is tiny and impossible to see from the car in the dark.

Lovely clean property with all essentials you’d need. The location is perfect.

The aprtment far exceeded my expectations, it was very clean, very welcoming, Josh was great on letting us know how to get into the aprtment, we asked for an extra car pass and this was left for us, we didn't need it in the end but it was nice that he did this. The location is great and a stones throw away from Plymouth Hoe and the Barbican. I would definately stay there again.
