"Very Good"

The location was brilliant, so close to all the attractions in Plymouth and an excellent base for exploring. The communication with the host was really good and very clear throughout the stay. They were also really receptive to my feedback and responded quickly.

The furniture is looking tired and although the place was surface clean it would benefit from a deeper clean i.e. cobwebs, marks on the walls, fridge and freezer. We also didnt get on with the mattresses on the beds.

"Lovely basement flat, easy access to the hoe and barbican."

Brilliant location, super close to the hoe, 15 minute walk to the barbican. Lovely little basement flat, had all the things we needed.

Beds were a little uncomfortable, may need to be replaced or a decent topper added as we rolled in to the middle. Plinth under the toilet was a little odd. A few broken bits like kitchen plinths that kept falling off and floor slats moving.

Well equipped throughout and well thought out decorations. Comfy beds. Great location. Would definitely recommend. Parking space an added bonus!

"A fantastic place to stay, easy to access and easy to get to both seaside and town centre."

The location was fantastic. It was very easy to get to the sea and the town by foot. We had everything we needed and everything was easy to use.

"The Hoe Baybreeze Apartment"

Had a great stay here, everything you need in the apartment and plenty of room. Great facilities and location. Easy key collection and great communication from the owner. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. When I come back for a visit, I will 100% try and rebook this accommodation.

The parking is quite tight, so if possible don't bring a big vehicle. The water pressure in the shower is low. These 2 things are very minor issues.

"Perfect base to explore Plymouth."

Excellent location. Just a short walk to the Hoe and Barbican.

Light colours and use of mirrors made this basement apartment feel light despite the bad weather.
