BayBreeze Apartment The Hoe

The property was fabulous, spotlessly clean and the hosts had thought of everything that you may need for a stay. Parking was behind the property and we left the car there for the stay as it was very easy to get around Plymouth from the property.

Only personal preference but the main bed was very soft but that’s only our preference not a criticism.

Property is in a great location and is very clan and looked after.

Lovely appartment, well situated, plenty of room for 4 people and everything you need for a short stay.

Maybe the fact that it's a basement flat should be indicated more visibly.

The apartment was a basement one but very light and airy. There weren’t many stairs to negotiate. Nice little outside seating area too. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was fresh milk and a bottle of Prosecco to welcome us. There were TVs in each bedroom as well as the living room. The bathroom was very well supplied with every toiletry item. We found there was a bus stop just down the street to go to the Barbican. It was also a very short walk to the Waterfront at the Hoe, so we could leave the car in our parking spot. We met Josh and his brother Jacob as we were leaving and Jacob took our cases up to the car - much appreciated. The place is spotless and beautifully appointed. I loved the touch of personalised bath robes too.

This was a lovely apartment, spacious and verging on opulent. It’s advertised as basement, which is true. However don’t let this put you off, it’s bright and the windows bring in plenty of light. The price point was really good, especially considering we could have bought 2 other guests in the twin room. We will return the next time in Plymouth for a night out.

Great location, walking distance to The Hoe, The Barbican, city centre and Plymouth University. Even though it’s so close to these areas it was incredibly quiet. There’s a fabulous sports bar serving great food just a 5 minute walk away, called the Gypsy Moth. We parked up in the easy to find parking spot, right next to the steps to the apartment and didn’t need to use the car for the duration of our stay. Well equipped kitchen and clean throughout. Communication with Josh was so easy. We’ll definitely stay again when we return to Plymouth.
