Excellent location right in the heart of town. Nice apartment with outside space too. Very comfortable stay.

Noisy seagulls but you get them everywhere in Plymouth.

"Lovely little flat close to all local amenities"

Flat is in a perfect location for the Barbican, Hoe, theatre and town centre. Great communication with hosts Well equipped, loved the kitchen and sitting in the little courtyard garden. Beds were really super comfortable, with nice linen. It’s quiet at night, peaceful road, no traffic noise.

"Perfect Plymouth Hoe Stay"

We loved this property! So much so we will definitely be back! Location is perfect for city centre or barbican/hoe visiting. Flat is also in a quiet location and has a small rear garden perfect for dogs. Parking is absolutely fine once you figure out where is good and we then had no issues. Thanks so much to Pete & Andy. 10/10 from the newleyweds

Location was amazing, close to city centre, Barbican area and a 2 supermarkets round the corner. Very quiet location and beautifully decorated. Pete went out of his way to bring a blow dryer to the property as it was missing.
