Cleanliness, Location & Size. Well managed , too! Great place to stay with kiddos that ultimately made the entire stay very enjoyable. Beach, Restaurants & Ferry pier all conveniently located next to Casa Lucienne. It was very easy to go back to the property for any reason without disrupting your schedule of being out and about. The property easily accommodated my three kids with the number of bedrooms and size living area. Necessary downtime was enjoyable with the TVs/WIFI/couches. Alice was also very accommodating coordinating travel arrangements and places to visit during our stay.

Everything I like about the property is traded off for a view. However, there’s a great patio overlooking a very nice area with shops.

When traveling, I typically do meticulous research. Choosing to stay at Casa Lucienne with Adele and Alice as hosts is ***THE BEST CHOICE*** I've ever made in terms of foreign accommodations. Communication is really important to me when booking a location. From the beginning Alice was a delight. She quickly, kindly, and patiently responded to all of my inquiries. Sometimes I'll find that I get delayed responses, partial responses, or no responses when booking my own travel in other countries. Not so with Alice. Our arrival plans changed by several hours when we were able to catch an earlier ferry. Yet Alice was right there waiting for us with the biggest smile when we arrived. During our stay, Alice remained readily available and also booked us several dinner reservations. Last minute, Alice was willing to arrange a spectacular private boat tour of Capri Island with their family's company, Jolly Boats Positano, making it happen on the very last day of their boating season. It was an unforgettable day in every way. On the day of our departure all ferries were cancelled due to the weather. Taxis were full and private transfers booked. We were huffing it up the hill to try and take the bus to the train in Sorrento when we got a call from Alice that Adele (home owner) and her husband were meeting us. They helped carry our bags and found us (probably) the last private transfer out of Positano! They turned chaos into tranquility and became family in the process. That tells you EVERYTHING you need to know. Our stay with them was over, and yet they still went to great lengths to help us. The apartment's location is PERFECT. It's a short walk from the ferry with minimal stairs. Everyone else in town passes you huffing and puffing all the way up the hill to their accommodations. It's clean, bright, and airy. Plenty of plugs, fully equipped kitchen, washer + dryer, dishwasher, huge fridge, hair dryer, balconies, great showers, and comfy beds.

Everything it’s a real gem, just perfect, it’s spotless so well equipped, location is superb and the hosts are so fabulous and welcoming… could not ask for better !

Excellent location- very close to the ferry pier and all lower downtown. We enjoyed the balcony for wine. Good size bedrooms- Master with ensuite was spacious. The host,Alice was extremely helpful with all inquiries.

The kitchen counter space is a bit small, but we managed just fine.

The house was amazing. It was way bigger than it looked in the photos and amazing central location. It was really clean and had everything we needed. We really appreciated how communicative and helpful the hosts were. Thank you Adele and Alice we loved staying in your property and intend on coming back!
