It was spacious; great bathroom and kitchen facilities; was across the road to the IGA, not far from the water. The house had a lovely charm and loved the welcome treat on the kitchen bench! It was quiet and peaceful despite being on the main road, no noise at all.

Parking was not clearly labelled and it's a fairly rough dirt track up the side of the house to the cemented carport. They had forgotten to send the welcome message so I had to call to find out how to get in, but that was all very quickly sorted. The back patio was lovely, but the view was of construction next door.

The bathrooms, the kitchen was ok. The furniture was nice.

The creaking floorboards in our downstairs stay were awful. Even worse were the creaking floorboards from the unit above. It was impossible to sleep when someone upstairs moved around. You also heard everything clearly from upstairs. It appears there is no insulation between the top and bottom. We barely slept while we were there and ended up cutting our trip one day short with no refund offered from the property owner.

The place is super clean, spacious, and got an excellent location.
