I was very pleased to leave

We were disappointed from the start, the grounds require a big clean up, the sewerage outside the bedroom door of our apt was overflowing with the lid off. Thus leading to a smell of sewerage throughout. The apt was cold even with the heaters on. The mattress was blood stained. Wait of 2 hours to heat water for a shower.

Only benefit is that it's a nice town with a park nearby.

No heating turned on - flat was at 10 deg on arrival and took 12-18 hours to warm up. It never got to the right temperature. Other items - no heating in hallway/electric rads too small for room sizes/ made loud clicking noises while asleep No hot water on arrival- poor information to turn on hot water. Switch’s were difficult to read and understand. Small amount of hot water also, for 3 adults and two teenage children. Water tank in bedroom - made noises and woke people . A very dangerous set up. Small children could easily access cables and pipes. The cover for the immersion heater on the water tank was not fixed on , and could easily electrocute a child. Kitchen Utensils- such as scissors or cooking tools missing / two mugs only, 2 bowls only ! No outdoor light - dangerous walking to outside door Extractor fan light cover fell off Kitchen door handles missing Wifi did not work - we needed to use poor reception on phones Tv remote broken/not working /no channels on tv
