Durnford St- Amazing location - free WiFi

Lovely location

Would have been nice to have coffee and tea and some milk

The location was great for the Royal William yard and ok for central Plymouth

The entrance and hallway were musty and run down. The fixtures and furnishings of the flat were dated, the carpets dirty and worn with the floor boards showing through as there was no underlay. The toilet and plumbing was hidiously noisy. One of the windows in the lounge wouldn't open and a blind was broken. The toilet rocked when you sat on it, and the toilet door stop was so far out from the wall that it was hard to get around the door. It appeared from the quantity of items in the kitchen cupboards and draws, that someone was occupying the flat permanently. We struggled to see how the flat had been rated previously so highly.

The room was clean and nicely decorated, the location was fantastic. All info was sent in advance so we were able to settle quickly.

The toilet felt like it was going to fall through the ceiling as it moved so much. There was also a ceiling gutting into the bedroom above the bed. When these are fixed we will happily come back again and recommend to our friends.
