The place was very peaceful and clean The unit was also user friendly

We didn't like the fact that the codes given to us would get blocked and we would struggle to get in and out of the place 2.our host didn't pay for the lagoon access and we were not told on time. It was also difficult to reach our host on the phone

Where to start, Lisa is so exceptional and great, allowing us to check in in advance before normal check in time was my highlight, also to be available on the phone anytime we needed assistence with something was a beyond measure. Also paying for the lagoon access with no.complain even though it wasn't her fault that we never informed when the booking was made.... This woman is phenomenal and great. This penthouse is so beautiful to say the least. Thumbs up Lisa and her Husband.
