Lovely apartment and Pina was such a lovely host. It was so nice to stay somewhere where the beds were comfortable, it was fully equipped and everything worked. Pina went to the next level on providing little extras which was lovely. We’d definitely stay here again!!!

Wish we knew about the luggage porters before coming. Also car parking in Positano is a little expensive.

You can't go past the view from this apartment. Pina was a fantastic host, she was responsive and helpful pre arrival. The apartment is just beautiful, everything had been thought about to make our stay special. There were drinks and some snacks provided. Robes, beach towels for swimming. It's a close walk to everything and there aren't that many steps to reach it. I've stayed in places where there are more. Thank you Pina !

Nothing about the apartment was to be disliked. We could have had an extra set of keys but it wasn't really an issue.

What a beautiful property. Right in the heart of town and our host Pina was a pleasure to work with. So hospitable and you can really tell she’s put a lot of thought and effort into managing this gorgeous property. She even provided flip flops in the beach bag plus towels etc. There is also an amazing outdoor shower which we loved. The pictures are also accurate but the kitchen has actually been renovated and is even more modern with that Positano character! Thanks for a wonderful stay Pina!!

Everything. The views the extra details (robes, flip flops and beach towels). Beautiful extraordinary and place would highly recommend, but with caution.

First off know this going in, because owner will not tell you upfront that there are a LOTS of stairs to this place. There are porters down in the city center to bring your belongings up and down for you, find them before heading up, have them bring your things or go up at your own risk. We came with a group of people all in our late 30s early 40s and we all had a hard time. If you are older and out of shape, don't stay here. The woman who checked us in was rude, and tried to charge us for innocuous items. She submitted a claim that the dishwasher was broken, and a small piece of tile the size of my fingertip with broken.. I asked her what the problem with the dishwasher was, and we used it without fail twice and even ran it before leaving in order to cut back on cleaning staff duties. She said it had a stain in it and some food particles in the filter, which doesn't tell me that it's broken, but that it's been used. She also told me that we were basically pigs for not cleaning even though the house cleaning was part of the price?! I was never given any instructions to sweep, mop, or clean anything. We ran the dishwasher and cleaned towels before leaving and put everything in the trash. I've never had a complaint before, but she was not going to be satisfied. Even on arrival, she got upset with me because I made a point to tell her that had we known about the porters we would've used them, and that's something the guests should know before arriving. She said that since I did not have a long drawn-out conversation with her online before our arrival and I did not ask, she did not inform me. It was very bizarre. I wouldn't come back here in my dealings with her alone. Book at your own risk and know going in that she's difficult at times. On a side note, when I asked questions, she was very informative and knowledgeable about the area and helpful.
