There were No Power when we Woke up early in the morning Electric gate didnt work becouse there was no power TV Sound was Broken No Bathroom Door

The owner is rude and just pin points room regardless of what u paid for ..and she lies ...she's never available to answer calls and doesn't know how to deal with clients

My room she put me in a cheap room ..one I didn't pay for then she doesn't pick up ...she just places ppl not according to what you paid for but what she thinks is best ,the room had no light the housekeeper had to fetch the small lamp so we can have light .rooms should be checked well in advance and correct room should be given...not less than what u paid for ... utterly disgusted by the service and treatment.

The base of the bed needs replacing
