The property is clean and we enjoyed our stay at the blyde

The property matched the photos provided and met expectations upon arrival. It was clean and well-maintained throughout our stay, which made for a comfortable experience. Communication with the host was clear and efficient, making the check-in process smooth. Additionally, the cleaning service on the second day was much appreciated and added to the overall positive experience.

Access in and out of the estate was somewhat challenging, as the facial recognition system was not functioning properly. As a result, we had to request access codes each time we entered or exited the premises. Additionally, the bathrooms were not adequately stocked with toilet paper, and the inclusion of bath soap would have been appreciated. Lastly, there were occasions when the estate became quite noisy due to other guests or residents.

The apartment was perfect

Fact that I could not use the lagoon as much as I thought I would.. While the trip was mostly about experiencing the lagoon

The esthetics, colour combinations, dishes, cutlery, functioning electricals

I liked the pool

I didn't like that every time we had to leave the premises we needed an access code. It's just has too many rules to follow
