Queens Palace

Very very bad ,The bedroom was so bad the bed is so old it makes a hole 🕳 in the middle when we were sleeping linen dirty, the bathroom didn't have hot water were taken to a public shower to refresh, the was no toilet paper in the bathroom we had to use ours for the night, till we told the caretaker in the morning, he blame cleaner,,he was not supposed to blame staff to us as business person he was supposed to apologise and take care of the staff later, not to tell us. QUEENS Palace is bad, they put nice pictures on Internet ,We were so shocked,

1.The whole bedroom, 2.No toilet paper 3.Blaming staff 4..Showering far away from the room I was sleeping in a public shower 5.had to ask for towel 6.they should get better beds 7.Sorry I don't take any photos next time will take photos.

How booking.com would even list such a place l don’t know. Everything is broken the bedding is recycled many times and smells of urine. The staff is rude and they stole my charger. Doesn’t help the place is also mosquito infested.

Everything, the bathroom was filthy, it even had a broken basin top. Everything was just filthy even the bedroom, we didn’t spend the night there and they didn’t want to give us our money back. The pictures lied to us✋🏽
