Bed not in good condition, it affected our back. shower door broken, limited toilet papers, and no clothes hangers, and other wall wardrobe door was locked.

Our stay was a blessing. The place is incredible. Our apartment was heaven. Though we communicated via the phone.. "K" Welcomed us so nicely.. THE BEST!! Everything was in good working condition..the confort.. Amen hallelujah! The place is clean and I well managed. Thank you serenity @the Blyde. Keep up the greatness.

Add more activities nearby. Cos most we tried to access were unavailable (quads, zips etc) but the place is amazing

The peaceful experience. The facilities available such as the gym and lagoon. Also felt extremely safe. The host was very helpful and kept checking in on us. We appreciated that.

Basic utilities lacked, such as prop to wash dishes. A drying rack would be appreciated, especially after swimming. One roll of toilet paper was not enough for the duration of our stay.

Having to use one gate with people who were making their way to check in for more than 30minutes because we were told that even if uve already checked in follow the que ,couldnt even go to the lagoon because of the time we spent at the gate.

We enjoyed every minute of our time there. The apartment was clean and cozy, felt like home. The communication with the host 100% 👌 made the stay even more pleasant. Thank you K

It’s a nice place to go to relax and refresh your mind I have no regrets was worth every penny hope to go again in future.

The owner’s responsiveness and communication.

The biometric system that was not working, it meant we had to call the owner every time for the access code when we wanted to exit and access the property.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and peaceful.

Checking-in process could be improved upon and made a lot smoother.
