Nothing I couldn't even sleep in that room

The pictures I saw online were totally different from what I found in that room. The room was smelling, the mop on the balcony was dirty, the dishwashing cloth was dirty. I requested a non-smoking room but was given a room that was smelling of cigarettes(mind you i was traveling with a 2 year old baby), I had requested a non-smoking room on my booking, the room was on the 2nd floor had to walk up & down the stairs with a 2 year old it was terrible. I had to go look for an alternative place to stay with my old mother and 2 year old son. I'm very disappointed there was no hospitality at all we were told to go to the Blyde hotel and look for a room there, housekeeping came to remove the ash tray and nothing was done about the cigarette smoke in the room she only opened the windows and told us there's nothing else she can do about the smell besides opening the windows 😢

I liked everything the host was the best, she was communicating well with us made sure we had a peaceful and perfect vacation.the apartment was very clean and beautiful ❤️❤️❤️

The stay was quiet and comfortable
