Apartman je uredan i čist. Ima klimu, peglu, fen, peškire za više osoba i parking odmah pored apartmana. Pogodan je za prenoćište od jedne do dve noći.

Apartman se nalazi odmah pored puta, pa se vozila čuju, naročito noću. Nije baš pogodan za boravak sa malom decom jer nema pravu kuhinju – ne može se pripremiti ručak niti oprati sudovi. Od opreme je dostupna samo električna džezva za kafu.
